Personal Dynamics are covered by health insurance programs
under their mental/nervous benefits. Typically the services
covered fall into the heading of individual or conjoint (more
than one person) psychotherapy. The benefits under these
plans vary widely, and the prospective client is urged to
check with their insurance company to verify their benefits
and any restrictions on providers.
Managed Care
Mr. Hofmann is a provider under a number of managed care
contracts that are popular in the Phoenix-metro area. Manage
care companies, in turn, contract with numerous insurance
companies to provide mental health services. The following
list is provided as a reference only. Once again, prospective
clients are urged to check with their insurance company to
verify the specific benefits under their plan and whether Mr.
Hofmann is a covered provider.
